Order acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email or when we ship the products to you, whichever occurs first. We may require additional information, identity verification, payment verification, or confirmation before accepting an order. If we reject or cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the full amount charged to your original payment method, subject to our payment processor's standard processing times.

4. Pricing and Sales Tax

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed through Luxvino are processed and shipped to addresses within the United States. Processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, geographic restrictions, and other shipping-related details are described in full on our Shipping Policy page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We encourage you to review the Shipping Policy before placing your order.

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment verification. Estimated delivery times within the United States are typically 3 to 5 business days after shipment. Shipping within the United States is FREE—there are no shipping charges for domestic orders. Delivery time estimates are approximate and may vary based on your location, shipping carrier operations, weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, holidays, high-volume periods, supply chain interruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, stolen packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for re-shipping charges or restocking fees.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Once a package has been delivered to the address you provided and confirmed as delivered by the carrier's tracking system, Luxvino is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend that you track your shipment using the tracking information provided and make arrangements to ensure someone is available to receive the package or that the delivery location is secure.

As a summary, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.
